Yellowfin Tuna Casserole

Tuna casserole is sure to please the whole family. Enjoy this warm, creamy and cheesy bake.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Van Camp’s Yellowfin Tuna, drained
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, extra for topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cooked macaroni, tuna, heavy cream, broth, peas, carrots and cheese in baking dish.
  • Bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fried onions and extra cheese if desired. Bake for about 2 – 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
