Yellowfin Tuna Tacos

When Tuesday rolls around, make it a Taco Tuesday! Flavorful tuna tacos are a healthy way to enjoy this popular seafood dish. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Van Camp’s Yellowfin Tuna, drained
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 mini corn or flour tortillas or crispy taco shells
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 radishes, finely sliced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • Optional Toppings: shredded lettuce or cabbage, cheese, salsa, avocado

Instructions:

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the oil from the tuna can. Add the garlic and cook until softened.
  • Add the Yellowfin Tuna from the can and cook until warmed.
  • Place a dollop of mayonnaise in the center of each tortilla or taco shell. Layer tuna atop the mayonnaise.
  • Top with radish, green onion, cilantro, and/​or optional toppings. Enjoy!
