Yellowfin Tuna Tacos
When Tuesday rolls around, make it a Taco Tuesday! Flavorful tuna tacos are a healthy way to enjoy this popular seafood dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 can Van Camp’s Yellowfin Tuna, drained
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6 mini corn or flour tortillas or crispy taco shells
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 radishes, finely sliced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- Optional Toppings: shredded lettuce or cabbage, cheese, salsa, avocado
Instructions:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the oil from the tuna can. Add the garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the Yellowfin Tuna from the can and cook until warmed.
- Place a dollop of mayonnaise in the center of each tortilla or taco shell. Layer tuna atop the mayonnaise.
- Top with radish, green onion, cilantro, and/or optional toppings. Enjoy!
